By the time DJD was founded, I had gained valuable experience working alongside a wide range of trades and had developed a strong, hands-on understanding of the industry. Grew up in Eastbourne, qualified as chartered accountant in the City with Mazars (1980), worked for KPMG in Johannesburg / London (1981/85), then Citibank, International Automotive Design, and Group Finance Director for both Hendy Group, and then Micro Nav.
Moved to Salisbury 1996: now sole practitioner for own company, Mynotts Ltd, assisting SME clients with their corporate finance transactions and corporate/personal taxes, plus part time managing director of Peace of Mind .925 Ltd.
Married Anna in 1980: delightfully, three children and four grandchildren. Keen participating sportsman: cricket/golf/tennis - played cricket for England Over 60s, securing the Grey Ashes in Australia in 2016.

Tracey has over 15 years’ experience working in HR across a number of professions including leisure, education, manufacturing and pharmaceutical organisations and is currently the HR Services director for Access2 Human Resources. In her spare time, Tracey enjoys long muddy walks with the dogs.
